| 摘 要： | 本文聚焦政务微博整体网络,对网络中的整体特性进行剖析。通过引入可达性、聚焦效应、简并度和邻居成员间相互作用4个方面指标,本文从纵向层面对政务微博网络进行了深层剖析,详细地探寻网络中各节点之间的相互作用和网络演化能力。研究表明政务微博具有小世界特性、较高的凝聚力和信息传达性等特征,对政务微博舆情的监管应抓住核心节点,根据各节点不同特征采取相应的运营策略。

| Abstract: | This paper studied features of government micro-blog social network.In response to accessibility, cluster effect, degeneracy and neibourghood relationship of a social network, this paper introduced four types of indicators to capture the reaction among individual egos and network developmental capacity.The study showed small-world effect, cohesion, and diffusibility in government micro-blog social network.The paper concluded that the government micro-blog with small world properties, higher cohesion and information communication features, the government micro-blog public opinion supervision should grasp the core node, take the corresponding operation strategy according to the different characteristics of each node. |
