| 摘 要： | 对于企业性质即企业为什么会产生,马克思主义经济学从劳动分工利益的角度进行了解释,现代企业理论以“交易费用”为基础进行了深入的、专业的探究。笔者认为,现代企业理论只回答了企业产生的充分条件而非必要条件,核心资本出现并为社会发现和认同,才是企业出现的必要条件。

| Abstract: | To the nature of the firm or the reason to be a firm , Marxism economics give its explain from the interest of devision of labor and the modern firm theories explore it in-depth and professionally with the base of transaction costs. But in my opinion, the firm theories just answered the sufficiency condition but not the necessary condition of the firm's coming into being. The core-capital's appearance and being identified by the community is the necessary condition of the firm's coming into being. |
