| 摘 要： | 通过一个时期驻村工作的实际观察，对如何增强乡村基层干部队伍建设有些认识和看法。本就此从四个侧面进行论述：一、要确立科学的选用人机制；二、要有必不可少的教育培训机制；三、要建立严格管理监督机制；四、要建立健全合理的考核激励机制。

| Abstract: | Having worked and done some practical observation in countryside for a period of time,the writer has got some thoughts and views on how to strengthen the cadres at basic level there.So,this paper will discuss it in four aspects:stablishing the scientific person-selected system;forming the essential education and training system;setting up the stringent administration and supervision system;establishing the perfect and reasonable system of check andencourageement. |
