| 摘 要： | 历史实践证明，解放战争战略决战首选东北战场，是中国共产党在当时的历史条件下作出的一个极其英明的抉择。东北特殊而优越的地理位置，使夺取东北具有全局性的战略意义；良好的经济条件和军事力量的绝对优势。为东北野战军进行战略决战提供了充分的后勤与军事保障；中共中央对东北局领导机构和主力部队的精干配置，为东北战场的胜利准备了充分的主观条件；中国国民党在东北决策上的失误则是东北野战军夺取胜利中不可忽视的外部因素。

| Abstract: | The history practice demonstrates that it is a brilliant decision for the Chinese Party to choose the northeast battleground as the first one for the strategically decisive engagement in the War of Liberation under the historical conditions at that time. The special and advantageous geographical position of the northeast makes it strategically significant to seize it as to the overall situation; The good economic conditions and the absolute preponderance in military force provide the Northeast Field Army with sufficient guarantee in rear service and military affairs to carry out the strategically decisive engagement; the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party appointed capable leaders in the Northeast Bureau and the principle forces, which is the subjective precondition to win the campaign in the northeast battlefield; the strategic failure of the Chinese Kuomintang in the northeast battlefield is a noticeable external factor in the success of the Northeast Field Army. |
