摘    要:数字参考咨询服务是一种基于Internet的帮助服务机制.基于知识管理,它具有知识是知识管理的逻辑起点,智力管理是核心,知识共享是基础,知识创新是关键,要求新的知识型组织与之相适应的特征.数字参考咨询服务主要服务模式是异步数字参考咨询服务、同步数字参考咨询服务.做好数字参考咨询服务要满足用户需求、更新服务模式、培养智能化馆员、开展用户培训.

Abstract:Digital Reference Service is an Internet-based help service mechanism.It has the knowledge-based knowledge management is the logical starting point of knowledge management.Intelligence management is the core,based on external knowledge sharing and collaboration in the library,requiring new forms of organization corresponding to the characteristics.Digital reference consulting services model is based on the email and other means of digital reference services,real-time digital reference services.Do digital reference services to meet the needs of readers,to update the service model,to train intelligent librarian,and to carry out user training.
