| 摘 要： | 近年我国房地产业一直保持着持续快速的增长,"泡沫"存在与否引发争议.本文使用2000-2005年的相关指标(房地产租售价格指数、商品房空王率、房价收入比和房价与物价指数比)来进行分析,结果表明,我国房地产市场已经存在泡沫且有增长的趋势.但是现在并不严重,而且国家针对房地产的宏观调控政策初见成效.

| Abstract: | The real estate industry of our country keeps booming rapidly during these years, the disputation is aroused about whether the bubbles exist. This article analyze it with the certain ratio during 2000 to 2005, and the result indicates that bubbles exits and tend to increase in the real estate industry of our country, while it's not severe yet, the macro economic control policy to the real estate industry seems to begin to take effect. |
