| 摘 要： | 科学和技术是社会发展的重要组成部分,同时也是社会公共活动中性别差异最明显的领域之一。女性不能更多地进入科技领域并取得发展,不仅是女性本身的损失,对科学技术的发展、社会和人类的进步都会产生消极的影响。在对科技领域的性别差异问题进行理论分析的基础上,提出缩小和消除科技领域性别差异的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Science and technology are the important drivers for social development, while gender differences obviously exist in the field of science and technology. Women are still facing a great deal of difficulty to enter into the scientific community; the discriminatory barriers have been preventing women from equal access to opportunities for developing their scientific qualifications. This situation not only shows women disadvantage in science, but also indicates society can not get more benefit from women's contribution to science and technology. This paper focused on a detailed analysis of gender differences in science with difference kind theory, and proposed theory-based strategies for reducing and eliminating the gender inequality in science and technology. |
