| 摘 要： | 当前我国处于经济与社会发展的转型期,也是各种矛盾和危机的频繁期。近些年来的一次次公共危机都给国家和社会带来了巨大的损失,这使得政府对公共危机的管理越来越重视。而公共危机过程中的信息传播渠道复杂,政府信息传播问题并未得到充分关注,因此,提高政府的公共危机信息传播能力也就成为一项重要的研究议题。对公共危机中我国现有的政府信息传播能力进行研究的基础上,提出政府信息传播过程存在的诸多问题,分析出现问题的结症所在,并提出一些改进措施。
