| 摘 要： | 渔业资源在冰岛经济中占居极其重要的地位,因此对冰岛周围水域丰富渔场的控制就成为冰岛对内、对外政策的重要目标。为实现这一目标,冰岛多次扩大渔业管辖范围。在这一过程中,冰岛与其他国家发生无数次冲突,冰岛与英国的＂鳕鱼战争＂就是其中的典型。战争固然与生态、经济和法律等因素有关,但政治因素的考虑也是至关重要的。

| Abstract: | Fishery resources occupy an extremely important position in Iceland's economy,therefore,control of Iceland's rich fishing grounds around Iceland waters becomes a major objective of domestic and foreign policy.To achieve this goal,Iceland expanded fishing limits several times.In this process,many conflicts were occurred between Iceland and some countries,the cod war with Britain is a typical example.Conflict is related with ecological,economic and legal factors,but political considerations are also important... |
