| 摘 要： | 建设公共服务型政府的理念在我国提出已经有几个年头了，各地政府也在各个方面进行了探索。笔者仅以一名参加过2006年成都市委市政府聘请的“市民代表”的眼界，在履行自己监督、检查政府工作的同时，以小看大地从微观的角度探讨地方政府在打造公共服务型政府中的诸多细节和难点等问题。
