| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下,非政府组织在参与公共事务管理方面具备了必要性和可能性,其通过监督与介入、示范与引导、实施与推进等途径参与公共管理,推动了社会民主平等网络的建构,促进了市场公平信用体制的成长,推进了群体道德文化精神的培育。虽然非政府组织在公共管理中也存在一定的问题,但是随着社会的进步,人们对各项公共项目要求的提高,非政府组织的活动空间会不断得到拓展,在公共管理领域中将会发挥越来越大的作用。

| Abstract: | In a market economy conditions, non-governmental organizations involved in the management of public affairs with the necessity and possibility, through the channels such as the supervision and involvement, demonstration and guidance, implementation and promotion, to participate in public administration, thus promote the construction of social democracy and equality network, the growth of fair market credit system, the cultivation of community ethical culture spirit. Although there are some problems in public administration of non-governmental organizations, with the progress of society and the improvement of national requirements on all public projects, the space of non-governmental organizations will be continuously expanded,the NGOs will play an increasing role in the field of public administration. |
