太极操在全民健身活动中的作用研究

摘    要:文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析等研究方法,对太极操产生的文化背景,太极操特点进行分析与阐述。研究结果表明,太极操作为东西方文化相互碰撞,传统与时尚相互交融的新兴项目,为我国全民健身活动注入了新的活力,在生理学、教育学、社会学等层面起到健身、健心作用。文章进一步为太极操在全民健身活动中的顺利开展提出一些建议。

Abstract:By using the methods of literature, logical analysis, the paper analyses and explains TaiJiCao's characteristics and the culture background which produced. TaiJiCao is a newly gymnastic course which is collided with the east culture and the west culture and also harmomzed with traditional and modern culture.The result shows that TaiJiCao infuses our National Fitness Program with new energy, and it has great effect on physical and mental health in the field of physiology, pedagogy and sociology. Finally, the paper makes proposals for the development of TaiJiCao smoothly in the National Fitness Program.
