女大学生就业歧视的原因与对策

摘    要:就业市场不完善,就业法律法规不健全,生育保险制度不健全,就业指导工作薄弱等,是女大学生就业歧视的主要原因。政府完善就业市场,健全法律法规,健全生育保险制度;高校根据市场需求调整专业与课程设置,深化教育教学改革,加强就业指导工作;女大学生转变求职观念,挖掘自身优势,积极参与市场竞争,树立创业意识,实现自我就业等,是消除对女大学生的就业歧视,提高女大学生的就业率的重要措施。

Abstract:The reasons for employment discrimination towards female college students are the imperfection of employment market,interrelated law and regulations and the maternity insurance system,and the weak guidance for employment and so on.In order to eliminate employment discrimination towards female students and increase their employment rate,firstly,the government should better the employment market,make perfect laws and regulations and improve the maternity insurance system;secondly,colleges and universities should adjust specialties according to the market demand,deepen education reform and enhance the guidance for students' employment;finally,the female students themselves should change their ideas about employment,find out their own advantages,take part actively in competition,cultivate a consciousness of entrepreneurship and fulfill self-employment.
