| 摘 要： | 为了探讨在知识经济环境下,如何完善科技成果转化体系,着重分析了影响科技成果转化的因素和国外市场化的经验,并结合河北省科技成果转化的现状,研究了激发市场机制作用的对策。知识经济环境下科技成果转化机制必须突出成果转化的商品化、产业化的特征,从宏观管理体系,中介服务体系,区域创新体系,多元化风险投资机制等方面构建成果转化的市场化机制。

| Abstract: | For the sake of probing into how to perfect the system of transformation of scientific and technical achievement in knowledge-based economy environment,this thesis mainly analyzes the various factors influencing the effect of the transformation and foreign experience based on the current situation of Hebei province and proposes the transformation system should make full use of market function. The transformation system should be perfected from the aspects of macroscopical management,intermediary service system,regional innovation system and venture capital mechanism on the basis of characteristic of industrialization and commercialization in the process of transformation. |
