| 摘 要： | 在高校民办二级学院办学实践中，其办学机制、生源、师生心理定位、就业等是教学质量的主要影响因素。为此，学院应引导社会各方面正确解读其办学机制，合理控制生源，引导师生正确定位，加强就业环节的控制和规划，改善办学条件，强化教学管理。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the school-running mechanism,students origin,mental orientation of students and teachers and the employment of graduates all have some impact on the teaching quality of non-governmental college of the second level of higher education institution.Therefore,the college should guide the masses to understand its school-runing mechanism rightly,reasonably manipulate students origin,guide students and teachers to orientate rightly,strengthen the control and programming of the employment of graduates,improve school-running condition,reinforce the management of teaching. |
