摘    要:为适应地理学发展趋势和新形势下人才需求特点,亟须培养具有"跨学科视野、批判性思维、合作精神"的综合创新地理学人才。南京大学以庐山实习为依托,对地理学野外实践教学模式进行了改革与探索,构建了"庐山模式":(1)坚持"地理学全学科深度融合"的教学理念,形成三大分支学科交叉融合的野外实践教学内容体系;(2)发展体验式学习理论,实施"以学生为中心"的野外实践教学方法;(3)强化考评引导和跟进机制,开辟综合创新一体化培育途径。教学实践表明:学生的知识融合、自主创新和沟通协作能力显著提升。

Abstract:In order to adapt to the development trend of geography and the change of talent demand under the new situation,it is urgent to cultivate comprehensive and innovative geography talents with"interdisciplinary vision,critical thinking and cooperative spirit".Based on the practice in Lushan Mountain,Nanjing University has carried on the reform exploration to the geography field practice teaching pattern,and constructed"Lushan Model":(1)putting forward the teaching idea of"deep integration of the whole subject of geography"and constructing the crossing teaching content system of the three branches of discipline;(2)developing the Experiential Learning Theory and implement the"student-centered"field practice teaching method;(3)strengthening the evaluation guidance and follow-up mechanism,and to open up an integrated cultivation way of comprehensive and innovative talents.The teaching practice showed that the students’abilities of knowledge integration,independent innovation,and communication-cooperation have been greatly improved.
