| 摘 要： | 新能源汽车作为我国战略性新兴产业，近十年来一直受到国家政策的大力扶持。目前已连续三年实现了全球销量第一，形成了新能源汽车的领先市场。本文从政策组合的视角出发，从综合性、一致性和均衡性三个指标测度政策组合的特征，采用多元线性回归分析验证政策组合对新能源汽车领先市场形成的影响。结论说明，推动新能源汽车产业发展的供给、需求与环境面政策组合的综合性和一致性对领先市场的形成产生了显著正向影响。但各类型政策内部组合的一致性对领先市场的影响并不显著。

| Abstract: | As a strategic emerging industry in China, new energy vehicles have been strongly supported by national policies in the past ten years. With the continuous maturity of technology and market, China's new energy vehicle industry has achieved the world's first sales volume for three consecutive years, forming the leading market of new energy vehicles. This paper evaluates the effect of new energy vehicle policy mix from three aspects including comprehensiveness，consistency and balance on the leading market by multiple linear regression method. The results show that the comprehensiveness and consistency of our new energy vehicle's overall policy mix has a significant positive impact on the formation of the leading market. Meanwhile, the consistency of policy mix of supply-side, demand-side as well as environment instruments are not significant on leading market. |
