| 摘 要： | 区域协同创新网络本质上是聚集地人才聚集所形成的复杂关系的集合。通过系统分析人才聚集效应与区域协同创新网络的内在联系,提出了基于人才聚集效应的区域协同创新网络关系模型。以山西省为例,运用社会网络分析方法,构建了基于人才聚集效应的区域协同创新网络。在此基础上,进行了整体网络与分类网络分析。结果表明:基于人才聚集效应的区域协同创新整体网络中,政府、高校和企业主体的网络密度均高于整体网络密度,科研院所网络密度较低,弱化了整体网络创新主体间的联系;研究型与应用型协同创新网络中的创新主体间大致呈现对立式和包围式分布,人才聚集的凝聚力均明显不足。上述研究结果,可进一步完善区域协同创新网络理论体系,并为相关政策制定提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the method of social network analysis, taking for Shanxi province for example, this paper studies the network characteristics of the whole network such as density and structure hole from the perspective of talent aggregation effect, and divides the whole network analysis into research and application. The results show that the densities of government, universities and enterprises are higher the whole network density, and the low density of the scientific research institutes network weaken the relationship between innovation subjects; besides these, this results show that the these two types of the collaborative innovation network appeared to vertical and surround distribution without enough talent aggregation cohesion. The research conclusions can be for the central and western regions of the local government, universities, research institutes and enterprises to provide the references for police making in promoting talent aggregation, improving talent aggregation effect, and promoting innovation-driven development. |
