| 摘 要： | 作为跨组织知识管理研究的重要领域,协同知识管理实践(CKMP)是实现企业间知识协同,提升产业集群创新能力的关键因素。然而已有相关研究未能深入探讨如何成功实施CKMP以及CKMP对组织竞争优势获取的影响。为了弥补现有研究不足,本文在明晰CKMP内涵的基础上,详细分析了其前因和后果变量,并以5个地区的342家集群企业为样本进行实证研究。研究发现:(1)CKMP是一个由协同知识创造、协同知识存储、无障碍的知识获取、协同知识扩散以及协同知识应用构成的多维构念;(2)CKMP的成功实施受到组织特点、知识属性以及协同情境等三方面因素的影响;(3)不同因素对CKMP的影响效果有差异,知识属性的影响效果最强,组织特点次之,协同情境相对较弱;(4)CKMP与知识质量、集群供应链整合以及组织创新呈显著正相关。本文提出了协同知识管理实践前因及后果变量的整合模型,是对现有知识管理理论的有力补充。

The Antecedent and Consequence of Collaborative Knowledge Management Practices: The Empirical Study Based On the Industry Cluster Enterprises |

| Abstract: | As an important area of inter-organizational knowledge management research, collaborative knowledge management practice (CKMP) is considered as the key factor to achieve inter-enterprise knowledge synergy and enhance the ability of cluster innovation. However, Existing studies have failed to thoroughly investigate the relationship between CKMP and organization competitive advantage and how to guide the successful implementation of CKMP. To address this issue, current research identified its antecedents and consequences on the basis of clarifying the content of CKMP. Using surveys from 342industry cluster companies in 5 different regions in China, The empirical research found: (1)CKMP was a multidimensional construct including collaborative knowledge creation, collaborative knowledge storage, accessibility of knowledge acquisition, collaborative knowledge diffusion and collaborative knowledge application; (2)successful implementation of CKMP was influenced by three factors: the characteristics of the organization, The attribute of knowledge, the situation of collaboration; (3)different antecedents have different significant effects on CKMP: the attribute of knowledge had the strongest effect, organizational factors were relatively weaker and situational factors is weakest. (4) CKMP had the positive effect on the knowledge quality, cluster supply chain integration and organizational innovation. This paper established the integration model of CKMP before and consequence variables, which is a powerful supplement to the existing knowledge management theory |
