摘    要:现有研究很少涉及垂直与水平合作网络对企业创新绩效的差异化影响,关于企业精神特性和外部环境分别与企业网络交互效应对创新绩效影响的研究更是鲜有。基于Complexity Adaptive System(CAS)的理论逻辑,本研究整合上述不同要素构建了全新的理论模型,并利用225份有效问卷对上述关系进行了实证研究。基本结论主要有:垂直网络和水平网络的关系质量和范围均分别对企业创新具有显著正向影响,公司企业家精神正向调节垂直网络质量与创新绩效的关系,但却负向调节垂直网络范围与创新绩效的关系,而环境动态性正向调节水平网络范围与创新绩效的关系,却对水平网络质量与创新绩效的关系的调节作用不显著。最后对研究结果进行了讨论并提出了相关启示。

Abstract:Limited empirical research has been done to establish the relative contribution of vertical and horizontal network to performance. Moreover, little is known regarding the interaction relationship among the network, entrepreneurial orientation and the external environment to the innovation performance. Based on the theoretical logic of complexity adaptive system (CAS), we integrated all of these above factors to general a holistic framework and analyzed 225 valid samples to empirical test the framework. Here are the main conclusions of the paper: both of vertical and horizontal network quality and quantity have positively effects on firm performance; entrepreneurial orientation positively moderated the relationship between vertical network quality and performance, while negatively moderated the relationship between vertical network quantity and performance; environment turbulent positively moderated the relationship between horizontal network quantity and performance, while has no significantly relationship between horizontal network quality and performance. Theoretical and managerial implications are also provided.
