| 摘 要： | 通过对我国高级裁判员的咨询和问卷调查，其结果表明，对网球裁判员正判率影响的因素有许多种，74．65％以上的裁判员认为心理因素对网球裁判员正判率有着很重要的影响。对这些心理因素进行了综合分析和讨论。认为今后在培养和聘用网球裁判员时，要以心理素质水平的高低为重要的考核依据。

| Abstract: | Through making questionnaire investigation on our senior referees, this paper found out that various factors have affected the rate of right judgments by tennis referees. 74.65% of those referees thought that psychological factors have great impact on it. The level of mental fitness willbe an important assessment criterion when we train and employ tennis referees in the future. |
