| 摘 要： | 校园数字化建设系统是一个针对教学、科研、管理、技术服务、生活服务等各个领域进行管理的总体解决方案。通过校园数字化建设系统架构的档案数字化服务平台建设,将档案信息资源数字化,集校内外档案信息资源的采集、存储、检索、利用、二次加工以及发布信息等的功能于一体,实现数据共享,为档案信息资源的利用者提供更加方便快捷的服务,实现高效地保存和利用档案信息资源的目的。

| Abstract: | Construction of the campus digitization system is an overall solution to the management of all areas on teaching,research,management,technical services,living services ect.Through construction of archives digital services platform in the framework of the campus digitization system the resource of archives will be digitized to realize data sharing,integrated with information collection,storage,search,use,secondary processing and release information.It provides more convenient and efficient service to users utilizing archives information,aimes to achieve efficient conservation and use of archival information resources. |
