| Abstract: | The concept of training innovative talents should be generally accepted in colleges and universities. We should train students to develop innovative thinking, strengthen educational reform, construct concordant humane circumstances and good academic atmosphere, and enhance the qualities of the teaching faculty. That is the only way to train innovative talents. |
