| 摘 要： | 社会的现代化呼唤人格的现代化。大学生作为未来社会发展的中坚力量，他们人格的状况将直接影响我国社会现代化的进程。从大学生人格现代化的必要性入手，探讨了大学生现代化人格的特征，并在此基础上提出了有关培养与塑造大学生现代化人格的方法与途径。

| Abstract: | The modernization of the society calls for the modernization of personality. As the backbone of the development of the future society, the well being of the personality of the college students will exert a significant influence on the modernization process of the society. With the necessity being acknowledged, the characteristics of the modernization of the personality of students are analyzed and relevant approaches and measures are proposed. |
