| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血细胞形态学变化对深部真菌感染的诊断价值;方法:常规方法对深部真菌感染患者的外周血和骨髓进行血细胞形态学检查;结果:发现粒细胞系统反应性增生,并有较特异的形态学改变。主要为中性粒细胞的颗粒增多和空泡变性;结论:血细胞形态学变化对深部真菌感染具有提示性诊断价值。结合患者的临床资料,可对深部真菌感染作出初步诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the diagnostic value of blood cell morphological examination in patients infected with deep fungi. Methods: The cell morphological examination of blood and bone marrow specimens collected from patients infected with deep fungi was carried out by routine methods. Results: Reactive granulocytosis, neutrophil hypergranularity and vacuolar degeneration were relatively specific morphological characters in deep fungi infected patients. Conclusions: The relatively specific cell morphological changes, analysed along with clinical data, is helpful for the diagnosis of the deep fungi infection. |
