| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨ER与P53蛋白在胃癌中表达的相关性。方法:对119例胃癌标本进行石蜡切片和S-P免疫组织化学染色。结果:ER与P53在胃癌中的表达率分别为66.39％(79/119)和68.07％(81/119),ER与P53蛋白表达呈正相关(rs=0.513)。结论:ER与P53蛋白在胃癌的发生、发展过程中具有互相促进和互相调节的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the expressive interrelation between ER and P53 Protein in gastric cancer. Methods:Samples from 119 cases of gartric carcinoma were analized with immuno-histochetnical dye. Results: The positive rate of ER and P53 Prtein was 66. 3% (79/119) and 68.07% in gastric carcinoma respectively(81/119). Immunoactivity of ER was positively correlated with P53 Protein (rs = 0.513). Conclusion:The interactive between ER and P53 Portein is mutually promotive and regulative in Carcioogenesis, and development of gastric cancer. |
