| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小儿重型颅脑损伤的临床诊断及治疗特点。方法:对66例小儿重型颅脑损伤的临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果:闭合性颅脑损伤59例,重残3例,死亡8例。结论:小儿重型颅脑损伤临床表现是复杂的,但死亡率低,较成年人恢复快,预后好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment feature of severe traumatic brain injure in children. Methods:Clinical materials of 66 children cases who had suffered from sever traumatic brain injure were reviewed. Results:There were 59 cases of the closed traumatic brain injure and 7 cases of open traumatic brain injure were included. 41 cases of patients had been operated, 25 case had not been operated 16 cases were light deformities, 5 cases had moderate deformity, 3 cases with severe deformity and 8 case died. Conclusion: The clinical manifestation of severe fraumatic brain injure in children Complicated were, but the death rate was lower. The children patients' prognosis was better than adult with same injure. |
