| 摘 要： | 自2008年司法部允许在校大三生报考司法考试以来,司法考试以前所未有之势直接影响着大学法学教育的方方面面。在二者紧张冲突的背后,实际上已暗含着二者契合的因素,特别在法学教育的目标上更是体现着二者对接的必然。在司法考试深刻影响法学教育的同时,我们期待着二者有一个良性的互动,达致有机的融合,以共同为培养法律职业人才这一目标服务。

| Abstract: | Since the Ministry of Justice ratified junior undergraduates to apply for judicial examinations,education of the science of law at universities and colleges has been undergoing unprecedented impacts of the judicial examination system.The law education at universities and the judicial examination system,though in conflict with each other on the surface in terms of their different requirements,share profound common grounds,especially in their perceptions of the overall objective of legal education.Therefore,the education of the science of law,as influenced deeply by judicial examinations,should have benign interactions and integrations with the judicial examination system to jointly serve the goal of cultivating more qualified legal professionals. |
