| Abstract: | This paper analyses the concrete details of the internal development in the following three aspects: attaching great importance to the quality of education,establishing a scientific and reasonable system of specialty,and cultivating the dense and deep concept of school-running.Then,it dissects the assurance of the realization of the intentional development,including constructing a vigorous atmosphere on campus,making great efforts in the construction of college atmosphere and college institutions,and putting great emphasis on the importance of the relationship between scale and quality to the intension;development. |
