| 摘 要： | 蛋白质是胆结石的重要组成成分,其中以糖蛋白为主.充分研究胆汁的蛋白质理化性质为考察蛋白质在胆结石形成过程中的作用提供了有益的帮助.本文就胆汁中蛋白质生物性质及其在结石形成中的作用作出综述.

| Abstract: | Biliary protein is an important component of gallstone,which is mainly glycoprotein.This paper reviews the biological nature and the role of stone formation of biliary protein.Studying physical and chemical nature of biliary protein will be useful for the study of gallstone formation. |
