太极拳锻炼对大学生身体机能的影响

摘    要:为探讨太极拳锻炼对大学生身体机能的影响,以38名男女大学生为研究对象进行12周太极拳锻炼,并测定比较其锻炼前后的体重、体脂、脉搏、肺活量、坐位体前屈、1000 m(男)及800 m(女)跑成绩等6项指标。研究结果表明:除体重指标外,男女大学生进行太极拳锻炼后以上各指标均出现积极的变化,说明太极拳锻炼可以减少大学生的体脂,降低脉搏,增大肺活量,提高有氧耐力运动素质和柔韧素质。提示太极拳锻炼可提高大学生的整体身体机能水平。

Abstract:In order to probe into the influences on the function of body of college students,38 boys and girls were organized to join a 12-week Taiji exercises,and took down the result of 6 indices,before and after the exercise: weight,fat proposition,sphygmus,vital capacity,sitting and bending forward,and 1000 m(boys) and 800m(girls) tests.The results show that apart from weigh,after the Taiji exercises,for both sexes,every index has actively improved.Through Taiji exercises,one can effectively reduce the fat in body,reduce the sphygmus,enlarge the function of heart and lung,improve the phiability and endurance.This paper have come to a conclusion that Taiji exercises can improve the quality and function of the whole body for college students.
