| 摘 要： | 大学生挫折心理是一种普遍存在而又不容忽视的问题,大学生挫折心理通常表现在学习、就业、人际交往、恋爱和家庭经济等方面。有些大学生不能正确应对挫折,出现一些心理问题,甚至采取极端行为攻击他人或结束自己的生命。心理弹性理论表明,通过心理弹性干预可以激发和促进大学生形成心理弹性,成功应对挫折,并达到良好的发展状态。

| Abstract: | University students' setback psychology is the prevailing issue which cannot be ignored.University students' psychology of setback is presented in different aspects,such as study,employment,personal communication,love affair and family economies.Some university students cannot respond to the setback appropriately,which gives rise to their psychological problems.Some even adopt extreme activities to attack others or commit suicide.The psychological resilience theory shows that intervention in university students' psychological resilience can stimulate them to form resilience,successfully confront with the setbacks and reach their full development. |
