| 摘 要： | 大学生就业期望偏高容易导致失业，但这是大学生在未来不确定性、信息不完全以及学费高昂的条件下企图实现预期收益最大化而做出的一种理性选择，这种选择具有一定的合理因素，并非是不理性的行为。降低大学生就业期望的有效途径在于提供充分的就业信息。理性看待大学教育成本。

| Abstract: | Graduates' over-expectation of employment will result in unemployment,but it is a rational choice in order to maximize their expectant benefits on condition of future's uncertainty,incomplete information and considerable tuition,and it isn't irrational.The effective approach to reduce the graduates' expectation of employment is to offer them plenty of employment information and to regard rationally the cost of higher education. |
