| 摘 要： | 通过数据挖掘技术实现了客户叛离模式的管理及应用,其中关键的环节是通过叛离客户的预测和分析,辅助市场营销人员制订相应的营销策略,采用最好的客户服务挽回叛离的客户,取得客户的谅解。文章介绍决策树ID3数据挖掘算法在零担客户叛离过程中的应用,并对得到的结果进行说明和分析。实践证明,该系统提供的信息能够科学地帮助第三方物流公司解决零担客户叛离的问题。
