| 摘 要： | 地处珠江三角洲腹地的佛山,作为珠三角乃至全国重要制造业基地,其产业集群已在越来越多的领域做到了占华南、全国甚至全球第一的市场份额,但佛山板块上市公司数量不及江浙同等规模城市（如南京、无锡）的一半。通过对佛山板块上市企业的发展现状、存在的问题及原因分析、由此提出相应的对策与建议。
