| 摘 要： | 图书馆文化对图书馆员的思想及行为具有导向、凝聚和规范作用。论述构建图书馆文化评价体系的必要性和重要性，在概述OCQ模型的基础上，用一致性、参与性、适应性和使命4个一级指标以及12个二级指标构建系统的图书馆文化评价指标体系，并简要介绍图书馆文化评价指标体系权重的确定。

| Abstract: | Library culture possesses the functions of guidance, cohesion and regulation. This paper demonstrates the necessity and importance of constructing library culture evaluating system, constructs systemic library culture evaluating index system from four first grade as uniformity,involvement,suitability,mission and twelve second grade based on summarizing OCQ model, and makes a brief introduction on confirmation of library culture evaluating index system weigh. |
