| 摘 要： | 随着我国医疗卫生服务模式的变化以及我国医学高等教育大幅度扩招，高校医学专业毕业生就业难现象逐渐凸显，但是随着我国医疗改革不断深入，基层医疗保健单位及医疗健康等新兴医学相关行业的兴起，为医学生就业提供了前所未有的机遇和挑战。本文以徐州医学院近三年就业情况为切入点，分析医学生就业难、就业面狭窄的原因，并提出医学生应该放宽就业视野，转变传统就业观念，积极投身到基层及新兴医学相关行业的建议。

Analysis on the Employment Directions of Medical Uni-versity Graduates and the Countermeasure Exploration |

| Abstract: | With the transformation of the medical and health ser- vice model in China and the significantly expanding enrollment of medical higher education, medical university students＇ difficult employment is becoming more and more obvious, but the contin- uous deepening of China＇s health care reform and the rise of new medical related industries such as grassroots medical care units and medical health, has provided unprecedented opportunities and challenges for medical university students＇ employment. With the employment situation of Xuzhou Medical College in recent three years as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzed the causes of medical university students＇ difficult employment and narrow scope of employment, and proposed some suggestions for them, such as the expansion of employment vision, the transfor- mation of traditional employment concepts and active participa- tion in grassroots and new-emerging medical related industries. |
