| 摘 要： | 高校的发展离不开图书馆的支持辅助，一支优秀的馆员队伍是图书馆开展工作的重要前提，如何加大培养馆员的力度，积极创造和完善工作学习环境，为他们的发展创造和提供条件成为图书馆发展的前提。文章分析了高校图书馆员发展面临的困难以及整个图书馆界目前的困境，并针对以上问题进行了研究。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities cannot develop without the support of libraries,and a team of excellent librarians is an im-portant prerequisite for library work, so how to enhance the train-ing of librarians, actively create and improve the environment for their work and study, and create and provide conditions for their development have become the premise of library development. The difficulties of university librarians in their development and the predicaments of the whole library circle were analyzed and researched in this paper. |
