| 摘 要： | 停飞是每一个飞行学员都必须面对的现实问题，如何引导停飞学员迅速完成思想转变，在新的学习与工作岗位上努力拼搏，是我们每一个思想政治教育工作者必须深入思考与研究的课题。论文基于中国民航飞行学院飞行学生教育培养现状，从开展大学生思想政治教育的必要性入手，在大量实践调研的基础上，深入分析民航停飞飞行学员的思想心理特征，并提出了有针对性的思想政治教育对策。论文为民航飞行学员教育培养单位开展停飞学员思想政治教育工作提供了理论参考。

Study on Ideological and Political Education of Grounded Students in Civil Aviation |

| Abstract: | Grounding is a realistic problem every pilot has to face, and how to guide the grounded students to quickly complete the change of thought, so as to work hard in the new job, is an issue needing our in-depth thinking and research. Based on the cur-rent situation of flight students education and training in Civil Aviation Flight University of China, the paper starts from the ne-cessity of carrying out the ideological and political education, and analyzes the psychological features of grounded students in civil aviation on account of lots of practical research, as well as puts forward some countermeasures of ideological and political educa-tion. The paper provides a theoretical reference for the depart-ment of civil aviation student pilots education. |
