摘    要:学前教育是当今社会家庭和教育机构针对0~6岁学龄前小朋友的体力和智商方面所进行的德智美和谐发展的一种教育。其目的是实现孩子在起步阶段的教育,这是基础教育的组成部分,也是进入小学教育的前期准备,同时也为人类教育事业的持续发展奠定了坚实的基础。本篇文章是对我国目前的学前教育进行讨论,解析当前存在的问题并最终达到以人为本的教育理念,并且加强现有的学前思想教育工作。

New Reflections on the Infiltration of People-oriented Th-ought into Preschool Education Management

Abstract:Preschool education is a kind of education implement- ed by contemporary society, families and education institutes for preschool children aged 0~6 on their physical strength and intel- ligence in which their morality, intelligence and aesthetics devel- op in harmony. The aim of preschool education is to realize chil- dren's initial education which is an important component of basic education as well as the preliminary preparation for their primary school education, and meanwhile, it also lays a solid foundation for the sustainable development of human beings' education cause. This paper discusses the current preschool education in China and analyzes the existing problems, ultimately aiming to achieve the people-oriented education concept and enhance the present preschool ideological education.
