| 摘 要： | 从党与法的关系这一视角,回顾中国共产党从革命党转为执政党后,党对法律权威和法治作用的认识历程;分析了长期以来执政方式陷入人治怪圈的原因;在历史的回顾与现实的思考中,阐明中国共产党执政方式法治化的重大意义,同时也积极探寻了执政方式法治化的途径。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of the relationship between the Party and law,this article reviews the history of the understanding of the authority and the role of law on the part of CPC after its transition from a revolutionary party to a ruling one.It also analyzes the causes for the long unsuccessful governess,the typical of which is to govern by people.In the context of historical review and realistic consideration,the article then expounds the importance of the legalization of the way of governing for CPC,and meanwhile,actively explores ways to enforce the legalization. |
