| 摘 要： | 概述图书馆电子资源的采购现状，分析高校图书馆电子资源的采购比例，利用经济学中消费者均衡理论的预算线、无差异曲线及效用最大化等理论知识，认为图书馆电子资源采购经费的比例分配可利用消费者均衡理论来实现效用最大化，提出构建高校图书馆电子资源采购经费的最优比例模型。

| Abstract: | This paper summaries the current purchasing situation of electronic resources in libraries, especially that in university libraries. By utilizing some economie theories (such as budget line, indifference curve and utility maximization) , it is believed that the maximal utilization of electronic resources could be realized by using the consumer - balanced theory. Finally, an optimal proportion model of budgets is presented for purchasing electronic resources in libraries. |
