提升轨道交通类专业社会服务能力的探索与实践

摘    要:中国高速铁路和城市轨道交通近年来快速发展,给轨道交通类专业带来了前所未有的发展机遇。提升轨道交通类专业社会服务能力的途径为:构建办学共同体,推进校企对接;贯通人才培养通道,探索系统培养;"政企校"合作共建校内外实训基地,强化实践育人;推行任务驱动、项目导向等学做一体的教学模式,转变培养方式;校企共同构建科研平台,建设混编教学团队;校企共同创新轨道交通专业群管理体制与运行机制,实施第三方评价。

Abstract:In recent years,the rapid development of China’s high speed railway and urban mass transit system offers unprecedented development opportunities for the majors of track traffic.The ways that improve social service ability of track traffic specialty are:constructing a school-running community,implementing school-enterprise cooperation efficiently,opening up personnel training channels,exploring systematic training,constructing training bases inside and outside school by government,enterprise and school together,strengthening practice education,carrying out integrated practical teaching model,for example,task-driven and project-oriented mode,changing training methods,constructing scientific research platform by school-enterprise cooperation,developing mixed teaching team,innovating management system and operation mechanism of track traffic specialty group by school-enterprise cooperation,implementing the third party assessment.
