| 摘 要： | 加强高职师资队伍建设是发展高等职业教育的关键。全面提高教师的素质,已成为当前各高职院校的重要工作。要建设一流的师资队伍,以适应新形势下培养高素质人才的需要,这就对高职教师提出了新的要求。只有通过提高师资队伍素质、改革高职教师职称评审制度、严格规范人才引进机制、建立完善有效的激励机制等途径才能造就一支高素质的高职师资队伍,使高职师资队伍现状得到根本性的改善。

| Abstract: | The key of enhancing higher vocational education is to reinforce the teacher resources construction, of which improving qualities of teachers has become an important job. New demands have requested the teachersto adapt to the new situations and the requirements of cultivating high-quality talents. To achieve essential improvements, the efficient methods should be adopted, such as reforming the title appraisal system, consolidating the introduction of qualified personnel and establishing an effective incentive mechanism so that the status quo would be fundamentally improved. |
