| 摘 要： | 中国科协有必要更名为"中国科技工作者协会",这是党和政府赋予科协组织的新任务新要求,也是与国内外科技团体在名称上保持一致的需要.中国科协更名符合我国经济社会发展的现实和趋势,可以更好地为科技工作者服务,也可以为中国科协进一步团结广大科技工作者提供契机.但是在更名过程中,中国科协需要积极稳妥地对待更名问题的反对意见,也需要关注中国科协更名的成本问题.
