| 摘 要： | 近些年中职院校的体育教学发展得到了更为广泛的空间,但是就其根本来看,还存在着许多问题亟待解决。如何使中职体育教学更好地符合教育制度改革的要求,培养学生具备强健的体魄和健康的身心,是中职院校体育教育事业发展的重点。因此本文就将针对中职体育教学中人文精神的融入进行简单的分析与阐述。
