| 摘 要： | 健美操是以"健、力、美"为直接目的的娱乐项目.在体育里积极倡导人文精神.必然使我们的目光聚集到娱乐与健康.前者是手段,后者是目的,通过娱乐来获取健康,是信息时代体育发展的必由之路.从娱乐与健康的视角出发.以高校健美操课程设置中的健身健美操为根基.不断向时下流行并风靡全国的街舞、有氧搏击、拉丁健美操、舍宾、瑜伽等深受学生喜爱的多元化方向延伸,以此来推动高校健美操的全面发展,并为其发展提供切实、可行、科学的理论依据.
