| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着南通市农村人口老龄化现象日益严重,农民养老问题也日益突出。文章分析了农村养老保障的性质,对南通市农村养老保障的现状及其存在的问题做了相关的分析,进而在明确相应原则的基础上,提出了建立和完善南通市农村养老保障制度的对策与建议。
