| 摘 要： | 对现行国家助学贷款运行机制存在的问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了以生源地信用助学贷款为主,以国家政策性贷款为辅的国家助学贷款管理制度,同时建立有效的助学贷款回收和偿还机制。
