| 摘 要： | 运用哲学、社会学、休闲学理论与方法,从人的本体出发,以体育发展的历史与现实为脉络,通过对休闲体育和体育休闲、休闲体育和大众体育的对比分析,对休闲体育的本质进行了初步探索,以期业界同仁对休闲体育的理论与实践问题进行更为深入的讨论,使人们走出休闲体育混沌的认识状态。

| Abstract: | By the methods of philosophy,sociology and leisure theory and from the perspective of the history and reality of sports development,started from human's noumenon,this paper made a contrastive analysis of leisure sports and sports leisure,leisure sports and sports for all,and took an initial exploration on the essence of leisure sports,in order to help the colleagues to make deeper discuss and help people to get rid of the confusion of leisure sports. |
